Hi all and welcome to the Tyranny of Evil. The Tyranny of Evil is a dedicated Metaverse empire that has risen to prominence in just 1 year. 2nd place on the AltMeta and a soon to be 3rd place in the MV is no small feat from an empire with ~39 active players.

Dedicated to the pursuit of evil, we encourage all players, new or veterans, to join us in our quest to be the strongest, most active and long lived empire in the Metaverse.

We pride ourselves on being one of the most active empires in the MV or the Altmeta, and it is that activity that makes us unique. Our members are active submitters of games and have a very strong and prominent forum presence.

Check out DethAdder's thread he started specifically on DA pointers. He just got back into it after a break.

Dropped in 114K for the empire.

This game is documented in the throne room. I was a bit disapointed with the final score as i thought it may well have been closer to 150K. Might play it out 1 more year to see what changes i can make.

We are just 75K from 3rd place in the Altmeta. I'll see if I can get in 20K today.

My game just took a turn for the better. I've never seen this event before, but almost all of the uninhabited planets on the map just went from class 0 to class 11 and 12 on year 8. If I post a 10 year+ game, it'll only be because it might take that long to get my new colonies maxed out.

That 150K looks like it might be in the cards for my final DL game. A nice way to finish it out.

yeah, its a rare event but it does happen on occasion, in both DL and DA. My favorite mini-event (outside of the econ prosperity) is the doubling of base speed.

Yay us!

This small map game I'm doing is dragging on. I'm going for score, so I'm not producing anything but money and buying a ship per planet every turn. It sure takes time to get through a turn, but it should yield a nice final score. It's in the 9th year now and I might end it there before I pull any more hair out of my head.

With more whiskey, I could probably take it another year. Unfortunately, it's a work day.

On the plus side, I'm looking forward to going to DA after this.

Well, it's not 150k as I wanted. Turns out to be around 130k at the end of year 9. I'll be finishing it tonight and submitting it. On to DA after this, but in my other character. I'll be switching back and forth between them for now.
