Not only can you use Spore ships and Terror stars but an evil thing to do would be to spore the planet and then use the terror star to destroy the whole system...what could be more evil than a prolonged torturous death!!!!!

i actually find Sam Adams a little over-rated. their beers are well rounded but lack character. Lost Coast (Eureka, CA) and Ballast Point (San Diego, CA) make some great beers. they are by far my favorite microbrewers.

I also find most Sam Adams beers good, but not stellar.

The exception in my opinion is Sam Adams Cream Stout. It comes in at the top of my list.

My previous favorite, Guinness Extra Stout is still a very close second, but I found the Sam Adams to have a slightly smoother edge.

I'll just take my Smithwick's and be done with it or a Bud if I'm just watching the game...or partying, but if I'm going to be wasting beer (what I call Beer Pong) then its Keystone, I'm not gonna spend money for people to throw up

oh yeah, that is a good one. i've had a couple milk stouts and that's probably the best one that's readily available. their cherry wheat is also good as far as fruit beers go (with the exception of belgian lambicks, fruit beers aren't usually my thing, but they're not so gross they're beyond appriciation).

A nice Strongbow is a fin choice for a well rounded taste....i actually rarely drink andy beer any more, just a bit of cider. My choice of drink is a nice smooth bottle of Smirnoff or if i want to relax i am partial to some Tia Maria too.

I was just thinking (a rare occurence I know) and I just realized I've only had 1 beer since we started 2008! It kinda sucks having a job where you can be called out at anytime 24/7. I might have to take a few days vacation and make up for all the alcohol I've left sitting in the Liquor Store.

i plan on getting completely schmuckered this weekend with it being my roomie's bday. And then I get to get shlammered again next weekend with my birthday and the Super Bowl.

why do you think the russians came up with vodka? it's figgin COLD! when spring finally hits, the meter-long icicles start falling off buildings and killing people. all sorts of waste start flowing down rivers in the streets, through winter in the ice drifts. now that sounds like a perfectly evil place to me.

Just to revive the thread... we are now down from 1 million points from getting into 3rd place in the Altmeta to ~580K points. Shouldn't be that hard to catch the HCH...

On another note, i have been trying to invite many players to the ToE...with limited success. I guess i don't have the gift for it...if someone else wants to try their hand at inviting players to the ToE...please be my guess. If we are to catch the HCH and the orcas in the MV, we will need a few more players.....Plus you can neber have too many tyrannts running around the place!!!!

I'm still plodding along with my gig abundant all..in fact i am hoping it will be my highest scoring game...i am doing quite well and may have it finished in 6 game years. I was aiming at a 7 year win with the worst case being an 8 year win.

Time will tell...

I put my MV league game in for the Tyranny, but have a 100k+ small map game nearing completion. I might push it to 150k, just for grins.    That is, if it doesn't go over 9 years. I don't like taking them that far.

I'll be graduating to DA after this game. I took a peek at it and like what I've seen so far. I'll have to stop by the private forums and ask for some pointers soon.
